摘　　要：尿素合成塔不锈钢内衬背侧开裂是其严重缺陷之一,修理过程中要选择合适的修补区域和修补材料,防止铁素体污染,以保障修补内衬层耐蚀性。焊接过程争要选择恰当的焊接参数,控制内衬贴合度,以保障焊接接头具有优良的抗晶间腐蚀性能。The backside crack is one of the most serious defects of urea reactor. In order to prevent corrosion of stainless steel lining, it is necessary to choose suitable repair part, material and avoid ferrite pollution. Proper welding variable and contact between layers are key technique that the welding joint has fine corrosion resisting property.
