小梁切除术后眼球按摩持续时间与功能性滤过泡形成的关系及护理

摘　　要：目的研究青光眼复合式小梁切除术后眼球按摩持续时间长短对功能性滤过泡形成的影响。方法选择行复合式小梁切除术的98例（101眼）青光眼患者，分A、B两组，A组为术后3月持续行眼球按摩者，B组为术后眼球按摩不足2W者，术后6个月后对A、B两组功能性滤过泡的形成情况进行观察。结果A组73眼术后6个月门诊随诊67眼为功能性滤过泡，功能性滤过泡占91．78％，B组28眼术后6个月门诊随诊17眼为功能性滤过泡，功能性滤过泡占60．71％。结论复合式小梁切除术后持续正规的眼球按摩能显著提高功能性滤过泡的形成率。Objective To explore the effects of the duration of the eye massage after compound trabeculectomy on the formation of functional filtering bleb. Methods Ninetyeight casess （101 eyes） were choosed from the glaucoma patients who were performed compound trabeculectomy, they were divided into A and B groups. A was the patients who sustained eye massage 3 months, B was the patients who sustained eye massage less than 2 weeks. After 6 months, the formation of the functional filtering bleb was observed. Results 67 eyes of 73 eyes in A group had the functional filtering bleb after 6 months follow - up at out - patient clinic, the percentage of the functional filtering bleb was 91.78. 17 eyes of 28 eyes in B group had the functional filtering bleb after 6 months follow - up at out - patient clinic, the percentage of the functional filtering bleb was 60. 71. Conclusion Continuing and regular eye massage can significantly improve the rate of the functional filtering bleb after compound trabeeulectomy.
