摘　　要：提出对两鼓式预复合轮胎成型机的升级改造设计,在了解控制工艺特性的基础上,完成了供料架的位置控制设计、传感器设计、PLC程序设计等,实践证明,系统性稳定,可靠性强,生产效率高,设备的自动化程度提高,同时原设备的高维修率也得到了很好的控制。The design for upgrading about the pre-compound tire building machine of two grums was indicated,which was based on the understanding about character of process control.The design of the position control,transducer and PLC programming about feeder was completed.Practice proved that this system possesses stable capability,high reliability and production efficiency.At the same time the high service rate of the original equipment was under good control.
