摘 要:目的分析2型糖尿病患者血胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C,Cys-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hemocysteine,HCY)的水平变化及与糖尿病肾病(Diabetics Nephropathy,DN)的关系。方法测定100例健康者和125例糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)患者的血清Cys-C、HCY和肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)含量,以Cockroft-Gault公式计算肾小球滤过率(Glomerulus Filtration Rate,GFR),同时检测空腹血糖(Fasting Blood-Glucose,FBG)、血尿素(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)和糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated He-moglobin,HbA1c)并进行比较分析。结果 DN组Cys-C、HCY、GRF、Cr等指标均明显高于健康组P<0.05;DM组仅FBG、HbA1c指标明显高于健康组P<0.05。DN组Cys-C、HCY与GTR呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.922、0.903,P<0.01。结论 Cys-C、HCY的联合检测可作为2型糖尿病肾病的早期诊断指标,特别是对糖尿病肾病的预防、延缓或减慢疾病的进程具有重要的临床意义。Objective To study correlations between DN and concentration of serume Cys-C and HCY. Methods Measuring serum concentation of Cys-C, HCY and Cr in 100 cases of healthy controls and 125 eases of(DM) patients. GFR was calculated based on Cockroft-Gauh formula. FBG, UN, HbAlc were aslo measured simultaneously and they were used for comparison. Results Cys-C, HCY,GFR and Cr were significantly higher in DN group than those of control group(P〈0. 05) ,and Only concentration of FBG and HbAlc in DM group show significant difference conpared to healthy one(P〈0.05). Serum Cys-C and HCY show positive correlalion with GFR(r=0. 922 and 0. 903 respectively,P〈0.01) respectively in DN group. Conclusion Combined result of Cys C and HCY can be used as an earlier diagnostic marker for DN which is especially important in prevention or slowing down progression of chronic DN.
