全骨盆离断术后罕见存活6年患者体内部分激素水平变化的分析

摘　　要：目的了解全骨盆离断术后罕见存活6年患者体内部分激素水平。方法抽取患者空腹肘静脉血,利用电化学发光法和放免技术检测肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、睾酮、孕酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、催乳素和雌二醇等指标。结果该患者肾上腺素轻度增高;性激素中,睾酮和雌二醇明显低于正常水平,而卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素和催乳素均明显高于正常水平;其他激素检测值均在正常范围内。结论全骨盆离断术后,患者由于睾丸等生殖器官完全缺乏,导致性激素分泌紊乱和骨质疏松;肾上腺素轻度升高,与该患者血压升高有关联。Objective Objective To realize the level of part hormones in serum of a rare survivor after hemicorporectomy 6 years. Methods The method of Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay（ECIAA） and Radioimmunoassay was adopted to determine the concentration of renin,angiotensinI（ ANGI）, aldosterone （ ALI））, adrenaline（ Adr）, noradrenaline（NA）, testosterone（ TESTO）, progesterone（PRGE） ,follicle-stimulating homone（FSH） ,luleinizing homone（LH） ,prolaetin（PRL） and estradiol（E2）. Results Serum Adr level decreased slightly,and serum TSTO and E2 levels were obviously lower than that of normal people. The inspection values of FSH,LH and PRL obviously exceeded than that of normal people. Other hormone levels were within the normal range. Conclusion Because of complete lack of testis after hemicorporectomy, there are the parasecretion of sex hormone in the patient. Epinephrine increasing lightly may be associated with the elevation of blood pressure.
