地震伤员血清高迁移率族蛋白B1水平的变化

摘　　要：目的观察地震伤员治疗前后血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平等的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测20例健康者和24例地震伤员治疗前后的血清HMGB1水平,分析血清HMGB1水平与C反应蛋白水平间的相关性。结果地震伤员入院时血清HMGB1水平为21.24±13.91 ng/mL,经治疗出院前下降为8.79±2.54 ng/mL,均显著高于健康对照组(1.07±0.59 ng/mL)(P<0.01),入院时血清HMGB1水平与C反应蛋白水平间存在正相关性(P<0.01)。结论地震创伤后血清HMGB1水平显著升高,随身体康复血清HMGB1水平逐渐下降,血清HMGB1为反映机体创伤的一个指标。Objective To investigate the changes of serum HMGB1 level among wounded persons after the earthquake and its clinical significance. Methods Collected the serum from 20 healthy persons and 24 earthquake patients before and aher treatment,and detected the the serum HMGB1 levels by ELISA.. Then analyzed the correlation between the serum HMGB1 and CRP. Results Before treatment,the serum HMGB1 of earthquake patient were 21.24 is 13.91 ng/ml,through treatment it descends to 8.79 ± s 2.54 ng/ml,it had significant difference compared with the healthy control（ 1.07 ± 0.59 ng/ml）, Before treatment, the serum HMGB1 level was correlated positively with CRP（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The serum HMGB1 level were elevated in the patient after the earthquake,then it descended with recovery gradually. The serum HMGB1 is a good traumatic marker.
