摘  要:目的分析3年内住院患者尿标本中念珠菌的分布情况和耐药的变化,为临床提供病原学诊断和合理运用抗真菌药物的依据。方法对2006-2008年患者的2815份尿标本培养进行回顾性调查分析。用VITEK-32鉴定系统进行鉴定,以ROSCO纸片扩散法做药敏试验。结果3年来共分离出念珠菌277株,分离率逐年增高。氟胞嘧啶、制霉菌素、伊曲康唑和两性霉素B的抗真菌效果较好,而氟康唑耐药率较高。结论尿液标本念珠菌的分离率逐年增高,对抗真菌药物耐药率呈升高趋势。临床上应重视念珠菌的培养和药敏试验,要加强念珠菌耐药性监测,科学合理使用抗真菌药物。Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of fungus in patients'urine during the recent three years for providing the proof of pathogenic diagnosis and guidance to clinical mediciation. Methods The urine samples were collected from 2815 patients who were in hospital from 2006 to 2008,it was identified with VITEK32 system,and made antibiotic sensitivity with ROSOO slip diffusion assay,the related document were analyzed retrospectively. Results The isolation rate increased year by year. Fluorocytosine,itraconazole,mycostatin and amphotericim 13 all had good effects on fungus,But the drug resistance of fungus against flueonazole was high. Conclusion The isolation rate of Moliasis increased year by year,and the tendency of drug resistance rate appeared rising The cultivation and drug sensitivity test of Moliasis shoud be paid more attention on clinic,the monitor to drug resistance of Moliasis should be enhanced,and the use of antifungal medicine should be scientific and reasonable.
