摘 要:为了减少能量损失,提高叶片式抛送装置的抛送效率,采用计算流体力学软件Fluent对叶片式抛送装置内部的三维气流流场进行了仿真,获得了流场气流运动的基本规律及其影响因素。并对计算出的气流速度与试验值进行了比较,检验了数值模拟的可靠性。同时,对其叶片数、叶片倾角等几何参数的不同变化作了对比模拟,得出4叶片、后倾10°叶片更有利于抛送,且适当提高喂料口的位置、减小轴承座处的间隙将有利于减少叶轮区的涡流,从而减少能量的损失,产生更有利于物料抛送的气流流场。To improve the working efficiency of an impeller blower,the movement law of the air flow in the impeller blower with different parameters have been studied by means of experiment and computation fluid dynamics(CFD) software Fluent 6.3,and the basic characteristics of the air field were obtained.Comparison of the simulation results with the experimental ones shows that the mathematical model can be used to accurately simulate the actual air velocities.Study results show that the air flow pattern will affect the blowing efficiency and power consumption.In addition,the main geometrical parameters are simulated,including the numbers of blade,the mounting angle of blade etc.The optimum results are obtained according to the simulated results.The study results show that the impeller blowers with 4-blade and the slanted-backwards blades produce more efficient air flow than impeller blowers with 3-blade and slanted-forwards blades and radial blades.
