摘 要:在对鞘翅断面微结构观测的基础上,根据鞘翅轻质结构的特点,设计了三种仿鞘翅轻质结构模型。利用有限元法对三种结构进行压缩力学性能分析,得出三种结构的载荷-位移曲线,并比较了三种结构的比刚度、比强度值。同时制造出了结构模型进行了准静态压缩实验,将实验结果与有限元分析结果进行了比较,证明了有限元分析结果的有效性。Based on the microstructure of the cross section of the beetle' s elytra,three bio-inspired lightweight structures were designed.The compressive mechanical properties of three lightweight structures were studied with finite element method.The compressive load-displacement curves of the three structures were obtained.Also,the specific strength and specific stiffness of the three structures were compared.In addition,quasi-static compression experiments on the structure models which were fabricated by rapid prototyping were carried out.The experimental results and the finite element analysis results were compared and analyzed,which proved the effectiveness of the finite element analysis.
