摘  要:多翼离心风机具有体积小、噪声低、压力系数高及流量系数大的优点,因而在家用抽油烟机和空调等行业中得到广泛的应用,但其最大的不足是风机的效率较低。针对这一问题,笔者提出了叶片分段设计的概念,对多翼离心风机叶片进行了分段设计的研究,提出了分段设计方案,并运用fluent软件对采用不同叶片分段设计方案的风机进行整机模拟计算,将计算结果进行分析对比,确定了较优的叶片分段方案。优化后的风机比原风机效率提高了3.69%,风量提高了16.3%。Multi-blade centrifugal fans are widely used in air-conditioners and range hood field because of its small size,low noise,high pressure coefficient and large flow coefficient.However,the most obvious disadvantage of a multi-blade centrifugal fan is its low efficiency.Therefore,the layered-design of the blade of the fan is put forward and studied,and the layered schemes are put forward.The schemes of the layered-design of the blade are simulated by Fluent software,and the results are analyzed and compared.Finally,the layered location is determined.The efficiency of the optimized layered design is increased by 3.69%,and the flux of the optimized layered design is increased by 16.3%.
