摘  要:为准确提取基于产品性能退化分析的齿轮箱可靠性评估依据,对几种不同工况下齿轮箱振动响应信号进行分析处理,分别从幅域、阶次域、阶次分析的能量域、频域等方面提取了可作为齿轮箱可靠性评估依据的特征参量,比较了这些特征参量在可靠性评估中的作用。通过试验,验证了不同特征参量对可靠性评估的有效程度。最后,确定了适用于基于性能退化分析的齿轮箱可靠性评估工作所需的特征参量集。The different vibration response signals on shift gears and loads in gearbox were analyzed. The character parameters of gearbox reliability evaluation were distilled in several domains,such as:breadth domain,order domain,energy domain and frequency domain,aim at confirming the gist based on performance degradation analysis for gearbox reliability evaluation. It was compared the effect of different character parameters in reliability evaluation. Through the experiment all the character parameters were tested to perform the extent of reaction. Finally,the character parameters collectivity was determined based on performance degradation analysis for gearbox reliability evaluation.
