广西HIV-1基因亚型流行分布研究

摘　　要：分别采用血清学分型和基因序列分析方法对１９９６～１９９７年收集的７２份标本进行人类免疫缺陷病毒１型（ＨＩＶ－１）亚型鉴别分析，证实我区存在着ＨＩＶ－１Ｂ′、Ｃ、Ｄ和Ｅ４种基因亚型。在有偿供血者中以Ｂ′亚型感染为主和个别的Ｄ亚型感染，并散发于全区，而Ｃ亚型则在吸毒人群中流行，Ｅ亚型仅在中越边境地区吸毒人群中流行，形成我国新的ＨＩＶ－１基因亚型流行区。分析了我区ＨＩＶ－１的传染来源及不同亚型病毒混合流行对今后趋势的影响。We started continuous study on HIV1 genetic subtype since its epidemic occurred in Guangxi in 1996Seventytwo samples collected in 1996￣1997 were analyzed with serological typing method and genetic sequencing methodIt was found that there were four subtypes of HIV1 in Guangxi,ieB',C,D and EAmong paid blood donors,the domain subtype was B',with one exception (subtype D)These infected persons scattered all over the provinceSubtype C epidemic was found among drug users in several prefecturesSubtype E,however,was prevalent among drug users in ChinaVietnamese border areasTherefore,a new epidemic area of HIV1 subtype E has been formed in the countryThe paper also discussed the infection sources of HIV1 in Guangxi and the impact of multisubtype prevalence on the epidemic trend in the future\=
