摘　　要：论述了自动化涂装生产线在弹药行业中的应用,阐述了自动化涂装生产线采用输送系统、水帘式喷漆室、涂装系统、流平室、烘干固化系统、废气处理装置、电气控制系统等多项关键技术,实现弹体安全自动化涂装,人机隔离,危险工序无人操作,最大限度地降低事故发生率,大大提高了生产的一致性和产品质量。该生产线可安全、稳定可靠地应用于军品生产,提高了我国弹药行业弹体表面涂装的技术水平,可产生巨大的经济效益、社会效益和军事效益。This paper discussed the ammunition industry automatic coating production line,expounded the application of automatic coating production line such as conveying systems,water curtain spray-paint room spray coating systems,curing room,drying system,waste gas treatment equipment,electrical control system,and the key techniques projectile security automatic coating.Realized human-machine isolation,dangerous working unattended operation,maximized reducing accidents,enhanced the production of consistency and product quality.Product line can be applied in the production of army provision because of safety,stability and reliability,improved the projectile ammunition industry technical level of surface coating,and got great economic and social benefits and military benefits.
