摘  要:采用纳米硅溶胶对棉织物进行整理,整理样经检测具有负离子效应.针对一种纳米硅溶胶探讨了可能影响整理效果的各种因素,确定了较优的整理工艺条件:硅溶胶含固量为6%,两浸两轧(轧车压力为2×105Pa),120℃烘干150s.对负离子测试系统进行了优化,并对整理后的棉织物进行了相关的性能测试.Nano silicon sol was applied to finish the cotton fabric,and the negative air ion effect was achieved after the finishing. Factors which may affect the result of the finishing were studied. The optimal finishing process condition was obtained with 6% silicon sol, under and twice impregnating and padding (pad pressure is 2×105 Pa), and drying 150 s during the heat treatment at 120 ℃. The test system of negative air ion was optimized and relative properties of cotton fabric were tested.
