摘  要:从光子带隙形成的机理出发,用带边分析法计算了某一维光子晶体异质结结构的允带和禁带.结果表明基于这一结构的滤波器在可见和近红外区的交界处有较宽的通带,通带两侧有明显的截止区域.对透射谱进行模拟后发现滤波器在0°~50°入射范围内通带透过率尚好.这种在宽角度入射时兼具截止和透过特性的滤波器在光子嫩肤、CCD摄像等领域具有潜在的应用价值.The forbidden and allowed bands of a one-dimensional photonic crystal heterostructure are calculated by using the band-edge analysis on the basis of formation mechanism of photonic bandgap. The result indicates that the filter which is based on the structure has a wide pass band in the joint area of visible and near infrared region, with obvious cut-off region at both sides. Simulation of the transmission spectra shows that the filter has decent transmittance in the pass band at broad angle incidence ranging from 0°to 50°.The filters which are of both cut-off and pass properties at broad angle incidence have potential applications in photonrejuvenation, CCD camera and so on.
