种粮大户农地转入意愿影响因素的实证研究——以江西省为例

摘　　要：以江西省8个县(区)591户种稻大户的调查数据为依据,通过Probit回归模型对农户农地转入意愿的影响因素进行了计量经济分析。研究结果表明:户主年龄越大、受教育程度越高的农户对农地转入的意愿越弱;从其他农户租田的方式越稳定、向其他农户转入农田所支付租金越高对农户农地转入意愿有积极影响;对从其他农户租种农田的租金标准的评价越高,农户对农地转入的意愿越低;对粮食生产经营效益的评价越高、生产经营中担心的问题种类的项数越大的农户其农地转入意愿越强。最后提出相关政策建议:建立健全农村社会保障体系;多方面、多领域、多层次地大力发展农村职业技术教育,特别是发展非农职业技术教育;建立土地流转服务中介组织,规范农地流转合同和农地租金数额;进一步加大政府对种粮大户的政策支持力度。This article took data as the basis of 591farmers in Jiangxi Province.Probit regression model was applied to analyze the large rice household＇s willingness to rent farmland.The results show that the older and higher educated farmers had the lower willingness to rent.The more stable way to rent farmland and the higher rental of the farmers had a positive impact on renting farmland.The higher appraisal to the rental standard had lower willingness to rent.The higher appraisal to benefits of production and management and the more problem of the farmer had the stronger willingness to rent farmland.The article put forward the related policy proposal finally：the rural system of social security should be established and perfected;the rural vocational and technical education,especially non-agricultural vocational and technical education should be developed;land transfer service intermediary organizations and regular farmland transfer contract and rental should be established;the government＇s policy supporting to the large rice household should be further increased.
