摘  要:目的:探索聚丙烯腈纤维(腈纶)粉尘能否引起肺组织纤维化。方法:取雄性大鼠78只,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组分二次(间隔1周)分别向气管内注入含腈纶细粒50mg/ml和30mg/ml的生理盐水混悬液各1ml,对照组仅注入等量生理盐水。此后饲养至3、6、12、18个月时,两组均分批处死,称肺干重,测全肺胶原蛋白含量,病理观察肺组织等。结果:实验组较对照组染尘后较染尘前均见肺阴影增重,密度增高,肺干重及全肺胶原蛋白含量均见明显性增加(P<0.05~0.01),自染尘后12个月起,肺间质有明显网质纤维和胶原纤维增生,以及全小叶性肺气肿改变。结论:腈纶粉尘可致肺组织纤维化,但属作用较弱的粉尘。Objectives: To explore whether polyacrylonitrile fibre dust can cause fibrosis in lung. Method: 78 male rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Polyacrylonitrile dust suspension was prepared with physiological saline.The rats of experimental group were given dust suspension twice by intratracheal instillation with 1 week interval at the doses of 50mg and 30mg in 1ml,respectively.The rats of control group were only given saline in same way as mentioned above.The rats of two groups were killed at 3,6,12 and 18 months after dust instillation.The lung dry weight and collogen protein were determined,and pathohistological examination was done. Results: Lung opacity and density increased after dust instillation in experimental group,the lung dry weight and lung collogen protein obviously increased (P<0.05 ̄0.01).Since 12 months after dust instillation,the diffuse interstitial pulmonary fibrosis,proliferation of collogen fibres and pulmonary lobular emphysema have been observed. Conclusions: Polyacrylonitrile dust can cause lung fibrosis,but its fibrogenic effect is week.
