摘　　要：目的：在体检中心通过体现人性化护理服务,来提升服务质量.方法：注重体检前,体检中,体检后的人性化护理服务,加强宣传力度,转变服务理念,强化服务意识,规范仪容仪表,营造人性化服务环境,优化服务流程.结果：提高体检工作的质量和效率,护士综合素质得到了提高.讨论：实施人性化护理服务,体现以人为本的服务理念是提高医院核心竞争力的根本选择.Objective： Through manifests the user friendly nursing service in the physical examination center, promotes the grade of service. Methods： Pays great attention to in front of the physical examination,in physical examination,after physical examination user friendly nursing service, enhancement propaganda dynamics, transformation service idea, strengthened service consciousness, standard correct manners discipline measuring ap pliance, building user friendly service environment,optimized service flow. Results： Enhanced physical examination the quality of the work and the efficiency,the nurse synthesizes the quality to obtain the enhancement, discusses：Implements the user friendly nursing service, manifests the humanist service idea is enhances the hospital core competitive power the basic choice.
