摘　　要：基孔肯雅热（chikungunya fever）是由基孔肯雅热病毒引起,经伊蚊传播,以发热、皮疹及关节痛为主要特征的急性传染病.1952年首次在坦桑尼亚证实了基孔肯雅热流行.本病主要流行于非洲和东南亚地区,近年在印度洋地区造成了大规模流行,我国已发现基孔肯雅热患者.主要特征：病情严重,某些病例出现持续性的关节痛,伴有发热和皮疹,很少威胁生命.但疾病的蔓延会引起很高的发病率和经济匮乏[1].The basic hole is willing elegant hot （chikungunya fever） to be is willing the elegant hot virus to cause by the basic hole,after the aedes mosquito dissemination, take gives off heat, the skin rash and the arthralgia as the main characteristic acute infectious disease.
