摘　　要：痛风,高尿酸血症的发病与体质、遗传因素有很大关系,但环境与生活方式也会产生重大影响,当痛风发作时,除治疗之外,应同时注意饮食生活的改善.The pain wind, the hyperuricaemia morbidity and the physique, the heredity factor have the very big relations, but the environment and the life style aIso can have the significant influence, when pain wind outbreak, except the treatment beside, should simultaneously pay attention to the diet life the improvement.
