摘　　要：裂谷热（Rift Valley fever,RVF）又称立夫特山谷热,是由裂谷热病毒（Rift Valley fever virus,RVFV）感染引起的人畜共患传染病,主要经蚊叮咬或通过接触传染病动物引起的一种急性出血性传染病.临床特征为发热、出血倾向,并发肝炎、脑膜炎或视网膜损伤等.近年来在人类中发病地区扩大,发病数有明显增加趋势.因而,世界卫生组织（WHO）提出警告,随着旅游业的发展、交通发达、人间贸易和交往增多,有可能使本病传播至各地.The rift valley hot （Rift Valley fever,RVF） the name sets up the husband special mountain valley to be hot,is the human livestock which （Rift Valley fever virus,RVFV） infects by the rift valley hot virus causes altogether＇contracts the infectious disease, mainly bites after the mosquito nips or one acute hemorrhagic infectious disease which causes through the contact infectious disease animal. The clinical characteristic for gives off heat,the hemorrhage tendency,concurrent hepatitis,meningitis or retina damage and so on. In recent years was taken bad in the humanity the area to expand,the morbidity number had the obvious increase tendency. Thus,World Health Organization （WHO） gives the warning,along with the tourism development, the transportation developed, the world trade and the contact increases, has the possibility to cause tbis sickness dissemination to each place.
