摘  要:采用蚕豆(Vicia fabaL.)根尖细胞微核技术,研究广西八一锰矿废弃地4种作物(甘蔗、茶叶、柑橘和花生)种植土壤的污染状况及安全性。结果表明,4种作物种植地土壤的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率均显著高于蒸馏水对照组,且上层(0~20cm)高于下层(20~40cm);上层土壤属中度污染,下层土壤属轻度污染;由土壤重金属污染引起的蚕豆根尖细胞微核畸变多达9种。说明广西八一锰矿废弃地土壤中含有遗传毒性物质,在其上不宜直接种植人畜食用的农作物,以免土壤重金属通过食物链进入躯体危害健康。The present study aimed to monitor the soil pollution and safety of Bayi manganese mine wasteland in Guangxi using micronucleus of Vicia faba L.root-tip cells.Soil samples were taken from sugarcane,tea,citrus and peanut fields.The Vicia faba L.root-tip cells treated with the four soil samples showed significantly higher micronucleus frequency compared to those treated with distilled water.The micronucleus frequency of Vicia faba L.root-tip cells treated with the upper soil(0-20 cm) was higher than that treated with the lower soil(20-40 cm).It revealed that the upper soil was moderately polluted and the lower soil was slightly polluted.Nine kinds of micronucleus aberrations in Vicia faba L.root-tip cells were found which were caused by heavy metals.It was indicated that the soils of Bayi manganese mine wasteland contained some genetically toxic substances.Therefore,it was not suitable for planting crop directly both for animals and human being lest the heavy metals in soil endanger people's health through food chain.
