摘　　要：通过对22个省(区、市)共40个村级户用沼气服务网点进行调研,从承办方、经费来源和服务费收取方式3个方面对网点模式进行综合分类,分别阐述其优缺点和适宜地域。笔者认为服务网点模式的选择应因地制宜,网点应采取灵活多样的经营形式来提高网点收入,维持其稳定。建议财政资金对服务网点的支持向经济欠发达地区、沼气池建设年限较长的地区及沼气池建设密度大的地区倾斜,并提出了"网点兼管工程"的经营形式。本文为农村能源主管部门在沼气服务体系模式的选择、沼气网点的建设提供一定参考。This paper elaborates the advantages,disadvantages and suitable areas of different biogas service network modes in three aspects of organizer,capital sources and service charge mode,which bases on investigation of 40 rural service stations of 22 provinces.It was considered that the mode of biogas service network should be selected according to the local conditions.The service station could adopt flexible management form to increase income and maintain the stable operation.It was suggested that the financial input should tend to economically less developed areas,or the areas with longer biogas utilization,or higher biogas digester density.And the service station could be concurrently in charge of supervision of biogas projects.The data provided certain reference for local government to select and construct a suitable biogas service mode.
