摘 要:通过对绿色建筑的物质流分析,提出了考虑中国国情的绿色建筑评价体系应具备的五项要素:(1)实行覆盖建筑全生命周期的分阶段评价;(2)根据建筑类型确定不同的评价重点;(3)考虑气候、资源和环境等方面的地域性差异;(4)加强绿色建筑全生命周期成本分析与控制;(5)对评价标准和指标权重进行持续更新。本文作为前导性研究成果的总结,对建立考虑中国国情的绿色评价体系具有指导性的意义。This paper investigates the primary contents of such an assessment system with the lens of material flow analysis,and finally identifies five critical factors that a green building assessment system is expected to possess: the assessment system should be ( 1) carried out in all phases throughout the whole life cycle of buildings; ( 2) emphasize on different contents referring to building types; ( 3) consider regional differences in terms of climate,resource and environment; ( 4) treat a building with respect to life-cycle cost; and ( 5) be updated continuously. This paper is a summary of a pilot study,which attempts to build an assessment system for green building based on the current situation and the future direction of China.
