大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液体外杀菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液上清液对细菌、真菌的杀菌活性,为开发天然抗菌药物提供信息。方法给大鼠腹腔注射活白假丝酵母菌造成腹腔真菌感染模型,观察腹腔炎症渗出液的上清液对真菌(白假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌)、细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌)杀菌作用。结果大鼠腹腔有大量的炎症渗出液;炎症渗出液上清液对真菌和细菌均有强大的杀菌作用,上清液稀释5倍杀菌率仍高达75.38%～99.92%;上清液56℃水浴10min后,其杀菌活性几乎丧失。结论大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液上清液中存在强的抗菌物质,可能是一种或多种抗菌蛋白/肽。Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activity of the substance in peritoneal exudates from abdominal cavity inflammatory fluid in rats infected by Candida albicans（C.albicans）,providing important information for developing new type of antimicrobial drugs.Methods The model of severe abdominal cavity inflammation was prepared by intraperitoneal administration of C.albicans to rats.The peritoneal exudates were collected and the antimicrobial activity of peritoneal exudation supernatant was determined.Results Abundant peritoneal exudates emerge in rat peritoneal after intraperitoneal administration of C.albicans.Peritoneal exudates supernatant possessed potent antimicrobial activity against fungus（C.albicans and Candida glabrata） and bacteria（Staphyloccocus aureus and E.coli） .Conclusion The supernatant of inflammatory peritoneal exudates from abdominal cavity inflammation rat model infected by C.albicans possess potent antimicrobial activity,it may be one or more protein/peptide.
