摘 要:设计了双螺杆磨浆机轴力测量装置,并用ANSYS对其核心组件应变环进行有限元分析。通过对比五种不同结构应变环在载荷作用下应变分布、应力集中和危险截面等对测量精度的影响,确定了应变环的优化结构和设计参数。测量装置标定实验表明,优化的应变环灵敏度高,线性度好,可满足测量要求。该装置的研制为双螺杆磨浆机挤压模型的建立和设计理论的研究提供了实验条件。An axial thrust measuring device for twin screw pulping extruder(TSPE)was designed,and ANSYS software was used to carry out finite element analysis on strain ring which was the core component of TSPE.The optimized structure and design parameters of strain ring were determined by comparing the impact of five different structures in strain distribution,stress concentration and dangerous cross-section on measuring precision under the loads.Calibration experiments indicated the optimized structure had high sensitivity,superior linearity,satisfied the requirement of measuring.The device developed has provided experimental condition for establishing extrusion model and researching on design theory of TSPE.
