摘　　要：端盖咬边机是生产汽车消音器生产中关键设备之一。主要介绍了DY120B大尺寸端盖咬边机的研制过程,叙述了设备的技术参数、特点、部件设计和调试试验方法。采用PLC控制和双速电机变频调速技术,提高了设备整体性能;调试试验证实,设备达到了设计指标。大尺寸端盖咬边机的研制成功,拓展了市场应用领域,经济效益显著提高。End covers undercut machine is one of the crucial equipment in automobile muffler production.It has introduced the developing process of the large sized end covers undercut machineDY120B,and described its technical parameters,characteristics and methods of component design and debugging tests.With PLC control and two speed motor frequency control technologies,overall performance of the equipment has been improved.It can be confirmed in the debugging tests that It equipment has reached its design index.The successful development of the large sized end covers undercut machine has extended the field of market application and significantly improved economic benefits.
