摘　　要：针对连杆螺栓装配工序的特点及技术要求,设计了用于该工序的液压夹具,给出夹具的总体结构图、液压原理图、电气系统图。实践证明,该夹具结构合理,使用方便,产品质量可靠,生产效率高,为企业创造了良好效益。The hydraulic fixture design aims to the characteristics of connecting rod bolt assembly process and technical requirements.The entire fixture is made from the rack and the base,hydraulic parts,and electrical control components.I have given the overall structure chart fixture,liquid pressure diagram and electrical system diagram.Practice has proved that the fixture’s structure is reasonable,easy to use,high quality,and reliable,as well as high-throughput,which has created a good benefit for the enterprise.
