摘　　要：分析了级进模工作中侧向力的产生及其对模具工作的影响,探讨了利用模具结构控制和防止侧向力的措施和方法,并将这些方法运用于电气开关支架级进模的设计之中,以确保模具的使用精度和使用寿命。It has analyzed the problem of side force engendered and effect in the working process of progressive die.Studying the technique and method about prevent side force that utilize the machinery of die and applying the methods to the design of progressive die for the bracket of electric switch,the precision and life of die has insured.
