摘  要:详细介绍大板阳极铜耳部减薄铜电解的生产实践及参数对比,大阳极板耳部厚度减薄后,电解生产过程稳定,电流密度提高,高纯阴极铜产出率达99%以上,残极率下降近2.1%,年减少返炉残极2304t,年节约能耗235t标煤。This paper introduces in detail the practice and parameter comparison of the thickness reduction of the large anode plate ears in copper electro-refining process,After thickness reduction of the large anode plate ears,the electrolysis production process is stable,the current density is increased,the percentage output of high-purity cathode copper is up to 99%,residual anode ratio is down to about 2.1%,the anode scrap which would return to the furnace is decreased by 2304 ton per year,and energy consumption equal to 235 ton standard coal is saved per year.
