摘　　要：河南煤化集团鹤煤公司电厂#5锅炉省煤器泄露,严重影响机组的安全运行。对锅炉省煤器泄露的在线处理方法进行了分析,确定采用带压堵漏的处理措施。处理方法实施后,运行结果表明,锅炉动力站实现了连续安全经济运行,该处理方法可为存在类似缺陷的电厂处理相关缺陷时提供借鉴和参考。The leakage fault was occurred in boiler No.5 economizer in the power plant of Hemei Company of Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group Corporation Limited,and the unit safe operation was impacted seriously.The on-line treatment method of economizer leakage was analyzed,and it was determined to adopt the measure of leaking stoppage with pressure.After the measure was implemented,the operation result shows that the continuous safe and economical operation of the boiler was realized.The method can be used as reference for the power plants being faced with similar problems.
