摘　　要：目的： 探讨老年患者在手术前、中、后的病理生理变化、心理状态、对自身及其周围环境的要求,以及根据以上情况而采取的一系列护理措施.方法： 针对老年患者的特点,回顾性分析其手术前、中、后所采取的护理方法和结果.结果： 112 例患者均能安全、顺利通过手术,安全度过术后危险期,而达到无术后并发症或尽量减少术后并发症的目的.结论： 对老年病人手术前、中、后施行全方位的护理,可大大减少术后并发症的发生,提高手术质量和成功率.Objective： Discusses the old age patient＇s before,during and after surgery pathology physiology change, the psychoIogy, to own and the environment request above,as well as according to a series of nursing measure which the situation adopts. Methods： In view of the old age patient＇s characteristic,the nursing method and the result which before, during and after review analysis its surgery adopts. Results： 112 example patients can safe, smoothly through the surgery, after the security pass the technique the dangerous period,hut achieved the complication or reduces the technique as far as possible after the technique the complication goal. Conclusion： Executes omni--directional nursing to the old age pati t surgery before,during and after,after may reduce the technique greatly the complication occurrence,improves the surgery quality and the success ratio.
