参芪片在肺癌放疗中对外周血白细胞下降康复作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：对参芪片在肺癌放射治疗中对外周血白细胞下降的康复作用进行观察.方法：随机分组参芪片配合放疗治疗肺癌39例,维生素B4配合放疗治疗肺癌36例,对两组放疗所致的血白细胞下降的付反应进行比较分析.结果：参芪片在辅助放射治疗,对于减少血白细胞下降的相关毒付作用具有肯定意义.结论：参芪片在配合放疗治疗肺癌过程中,对预防血白细胞下降具有良好的康复作用,未见明显毒付作用.Objective：The recovery function which drops to the circumference blood white blood cell carries on the observation to senate qi piece in the lung cancer radiotherapy. Methods：The stochastic grouping senate qi piece coordination radiotherapy treatment lung cancer 39 examples, the Vitamin t34 coordination radiotherapy treatment lung cancer 36 examples,drop to two group of radiotherapy result blood white blood cell pay the response to carry on the comparative analysis. Results：The senate qi piece in the assistance radiotherapy, the correlation poisonous secondary action which drops regarding the reduced blood white blood cell has the affirmation significance. Conclusion： The senate qi piece in the coordinate radiotherapy treatment lung cancer process, to prevents the blood white blood cell drop to have the good recovery function,has not seen the obvious poisonous secondary action.
