膝关节松动后再牵引对膝关节活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨关节松动手法后再进行载荷牵引对改善关节活动度的效应.方法：膝关节活动受限患者48例,随机分成3组各16例.松动组给予膝关节松动术;牵引组行膝关节屈曲位载荷牵引治疗;综合组则采用两种方法结合治疗.结果：治疗4周后,3组患者膝关节活动度均较治疗前明显增加（P〈0.01）.与松动组及牵引组比较,综合组活动度改善更显著（P〈0.01）.结论：关节松动结合牵引能显著改善膝关节活动范围.Objective： Discusses the joint loose technique to carry on the load hauling to improve the joint activity again effect. Methods： The knee joint activity is limited the patient 48 examples, divides into 3 group of each 16 examples stochastically. The loose group gives the knee joint loose technique;Tow crew good knee joint flexure position load hauling treatment;The comprehensive group uses two method union treatment. Results： Treats 4 weeks before,3 group of patient knee joint activity treats increases obviously （P〈0.01）. Compare with the loose group and the tow crew, the comprehensive group activity improvement is more remarkable （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The joint becomes less crowded the union hauling to be able obviously to improve the knee joint sphere of action.
