浅谈原发性脑叶出血的CT临床分析

摘　　要：原发性脑叶出血又称皮质下出血,是指发生在皮质下白质的出血,现将我院在2007年10月-2010年4月间经CT扫描确诊的急性发病的237例脑出血病例中原发性脑叶出血55例,占23.2%与国内文献发表的手头资料相符,分别加以整理,着重分析CT表现,以观察脑叶出血的好发部位、出血量、形态等.The primary brain leaf hemorrhage called under the cerebral cortex bleeds,is refers occurs under the cerebral cortex the white matter hemorrhage,presently -- April,2010 between the primary brain leaf bleeds my courtyard in October,2007 after in CT scanning diagnosis acute morbidity 237 example cerebral hemorrhage case of illness 55 examples,accounts for 23.2 % to publish on hand the material match case with the domestic literature, performs to reorganize separately, analyzes the CT performance emphatically, observes the brain leaf hemorrhage to send the spot, the hemorrhage quantity, the shape well and so on.
