摘　　要：目的：观察左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的效果.方法： 76例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者随机分为两组,治疗组41例,使用左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗;对照组35例单使用凯西莱治疗,疗程均为12周.观察治疗前后血脂、肝功能、症状及治疗前后的肝脏超声影像变化.结果： 治疗组血脂、肝功能、症状及肝脏超声影像像明显改善,疗效优于对照组（p〈0.05）.结论： 左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病是一种安全、有效的方法.Objective：Observes the left Kearny sandbank to unite the Casey Lai to treat the non--alcoholic fat disease of the liver the effect. Methods：76 example non-alcoholic fat disease of the liver patient divides into two groups stochastically, the treatment group 41 examples,uses the left Kearny sandbank to unite the Casey Lai to treat：The control group 35 examples only use the Casey Lai to treat,the treatment course is 12 weeks. Around observation treatment around blood fats, liver function, symptom and treatment liver supersonic phantom change. Results： Treats the group blood fats, the liver function, the symptom and the liver supersonic phantom obviously improves likely, the curative effect surpasses the control group （p〈0. 05）. Cnnclusian：The left Kearny sandbank unites the Casey Lai to treat the non--alcoholic fat disease of the liver is one kind of security,the effective method.
