摘　　要：目的：探讨脑疝病人的救治体会.方法： 对ICU室28例例脑疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果： 出院时GCS评定结果,良好16例,中残7例,重残3例,植物状态1例,死亡1例.结论： 对脑疝病人进行科学的护理直接影响到患者的预后,可以提高患者的生存率及生存质量.Objective： Discusses the brain hernia patient to treat and cure the experience. Methods：Carries on the review analysis to the ICU room 28 example example brain hernia patient＇s clinical material. Results： Leaves the hospital when the GCS evaluation result, the good 16 examples,the remnant 7 examples, the heavy remnant 3 examples, the plant condition 1 example, died 1 example. Conclusion：Carries on the science to the brain hernia patient nursing to affect directly patient＇s prognosis, may enhance patient＇s survival rate and the survival quality.
