摘　　要：目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折体会.方法：在2005～2009年期间,通过用石膏夹与小夹板对81例老年患者桡骨远端骨折治疗观察.结果：优56例,良23例,差2例,获得较满意的效果.结论：该方法能有效减少伤肢肿胀,固定牢靠,有利于老年人桡骨远端骨折的尽快恢复.Objective： Discusses the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine to treat the senior citizen radius far--end bone fracture experence. Methods： In 2005~2009 years period,through uses the gypsum to clamp with the small clamp tablet couplet 81 example old age patient radius far--end bone fracture treatment observation. Results： The superior 56 examples,the good 23 examples, the difference 2 examples,obtain the satisfactory effeet. Conclusion： this method can reduce the wound extremity effectively swelling,fixed sturdy,is advantageous restores as soon as possible in the senior citizen radius far--end bone fracture.
