摘　　要：目的：探讨两种手术方法治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床对比效果.方法：分析我院采用肛管后扩挂线术和侧位内括约肌切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的50例患者的临床治疗效果.结果：治疗组的临床效果明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）.治疗组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：挂线治疗陈旧性肛裂切口小,术中出血量少,愈合时间短,疗效好,值得临床推广.Objective..Discusses two kind of surgery method treatment obsolete anal fissure the clinical contrast effect. Conclusion：Ties a string the treatment obsolete anal fissure margin to be small,in the technlque bleeds the quantity to be few,the cicatrization time is short,the curative effect is good,is worth the clinical promotion.
