摘　　要：目的：探讨骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合症的临床诊治及预防对策.方法： 2004年8月至2010年8月7例脂肪拴塞综合征患者与骨折端妥善制动;持续高流量湿化吸氧、机械辅助通气;地塞米松＋甘露醇脱水;纠正休克,维持水电解质,酸碱平衡;防治急性肾功能衰竭应用抗生素,支持疗法.结果： 7例经1d～9d的治疗,均完全清醒,生命体征恢复正常.结论： 脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断及治疗至关重要,可明显降低致残率及死亡率,同时需要加强对脂肪拴塞综合征的预防.Objective：Discusses the bone fracture concurrent fat embolism syndrome the clinical diagnosis and the prevention countermeasure. Methods：From August,2004 7 example fat cock synthesis drafts the patient and the bone fracture end to August,2010 applies the brake properly; Continues the high current capacity wet to attract the oxygen,the machinery assistance ventilation;Dexamethasone ＋ mannitol dehydration;Correction shock, maintenance water electrolyte,acid--base equilibrium;Prevents and controls the acute kidney function failure application antibiotic, supports the therapy. Results：7 examples after the 1d-9d treatment,completely are sober, the life symptom restores normally. Conclusion：Fat embolism synthesizes the early time which drafts to diagnose and to treat very important, may reduce obviously cripples rate and the mortality rate, simultaneously needs to strengthen the prevention which drafts to the fat cock synthesis.
