摘 要:以NH4F-乙二醇为电解液阳极氧化制备Ti基TiO2纳米管,利用扫描电镜(SEM)图像分析TiO2纳米管阵列的退火前后的形貌结构变化,研究退火温度对TiO2纳米管光电性能的影响。分别用CdS、曙红对TiO2纳米管进行敏化,并研究了其敏化后的光电性能和电极稳定性。结果表明:退火并未改变TiO2纳米管结构,经CdS敏化后的TiO2纳米管光电性能最好,且电极稳定性也较好。The highly ordered arrays of TiO2 nano-tubes were prepared by anodizing Ti foil in ethylene glycol and NH4F etectrolyte. The morphology of the TiO2 nano-tubes before and after annealing was analyzed by scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM). Its photoeleetricity properties under dif- ferent annealing temperature were examined. The TiO2 nano-tubes sensi- tized were by CdS and eosin and its photoelectricity properties and stability were analyzed as well. The results showed that the anealing didn't distroy the shape of TiO2 nano-tubes. TiO2 nano-tubes sensitized by cds had better photoeleetricity property and stability.
