摘　　要：为了提高太阳能发电系统的可靠性和效率,研究了太阳能电池的输出特性.采用Matlab/Simulink模块、基于光伏电池的物理特性建立了太阳能电池的仿真模型,得出了光伏阵列的特性曲线.仿真结果表明:所设计太阳能电池仿真系统的输出能理想地模拟太阳能电池的输出特性.The output features of solar cell were studied to improve the reliability and efficiency of solar power systems.A simulation model for solar cell was developed using Matlab/Simulink blocks on the basis of photovoltaic cell mechanisms.The characteristic curve of photovoltaic arrays was obtained.Simulation results show that the devised simulating system of solar cell output can be used to simulate the output features of solar cell ideally.
