摘 要:采用单因素试验的方法,通过测定市场常见的皮肤美白剂对酪氨酸酶活性的体外抑制率。结果表明:体外美白效果最好的为光甘草定,其次是AA2G,再次为熊果苷,它们的美白功效均优于具有美白功效的植物提取液。同时,通过正交设计实验得到一种高效的皮肤美白剂复配组合,复配组合的皮肤美白剂添加量分别为:光甘草定0.05%,AA2G1%,烟酰胺1%,芦荟粉0.3%。此复配组合对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率高达98.97%。由此得到的一款美白乳液,pH值为6.6,通过稳定性实验,其结果符合QB/T2286—1997。In this study,single factorexperimental method was adopted and in vitro inhibition tests of some skin whitening agents commercially available in the market on tyrosinase activity were conducted.The results showed that the best one is glabridin,followed by AA2G and arbutin.Their whitening effectiveness is better than that of plant extracts.A combination of different skin whitening agents to archive excellent performance is obtained through orthogonal design experiment.The composition of this combination is as followings: glabridin0.05%,AA2G 1%,niacinamide 1%,aloe powder0.3%.The result of this combination on tyrosinase activity in vitro inhibition is 98.97%.Then a whitening emulsion is obtained,it’s pH value is 6.6.The stability test is in line with the QB / T2286—1997.
