摘  要:针对长江上游三峡库区人口密集、坡耕地集中、农业开发活动剧烈且经济基础差的现实,分析了库区典型的循环农业生产模式,并从加强水源地的保护及控制农业水土流失和面源污染角度出发,构建了库区小流域水土保持综合整治体系。通过建立农—沼—畜复合生态系统、水—沼—畜—农复合生态系统等循环经济模式、小流域水土保持多层分级生态防护系统,保证清洁水源入库,实现三峡库区生态环境的可持续维护。The paper analyzes the production mode of typical circulating agriculture of the the Three Gorges Reservoir area by taking into consideration the realities of dense population,concentrated sloped land,severe agricultural development activities and poor economic foundation of the reservoir area located in the upper Yangtze River and establishes integrated treatment system of soil and water conservation of small watersheds of the reservoir area from the viewpoints of strengthening water source protection and controlling soil and water loss and area-source pollution of agriculture.It guarantees clear inflow and protects the sustainable development of eco-environment of the reservoir area through the establishments of circulating economic modes of compound eco-system of agriculture-biogas-livestock and compound eco-system of water-biogas-livestock-agriculture and multi-layer graded ecological protection system for soil and water conservation of small watersheds.
