摘 要:本文采用离体兔心灌注模型,观察用不同Ca2+浓度的血停跳液(07、08、09、10、11、12、13mmol/L)灌注心脏后的心肌保护效果。结果发现Ca2+浓度为11mmol/L和12mmol/L的停跳液组,其心肌含水量、线粒体钙含量明显低于其它各组(P<001),超微结构损伤最轻。说明在低温状态下,血停跳液中Ca2+浓度11~12mmol/L为最适合的。The present paper has shown the effects of myocardial protection of isolated working rabbit hearts model,which were infused by blood cardioplegic solution with different calcium contents.Fourty-nine rabbits(2 5~3 0kg) were randomly divided into 7 groups.After 60 minutes period of the hypothermic ischemic arrested hearts were infused by blood cardioplegic solution with various Ca 2+ concentration(0 7、0 8、0 9、1 0、1 1、1 2、1 3mmol/L),respectively.after 60min infusion and 30min reperfusion the water content of the myocardium,calcium content of the mitochondria and the myocardial ultrastructure were observed. The results indicate that water content of the myocardium and calcium content of mitochondria in 1.1mmol/L~1 2mmol/L groups were significantly lower than in the other groups (All P <0 05),and the myocardial ultrastructure were protected best.This study suggests that under hypothermic condition,a calcium concentration of 1 1mmol/L~1 2mmol/L is optimal for the blood cardioplegic solution.
