面瘫膏穴位贴敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹590例临床观察

摘　　要：笔者应用中药面瘫膏贴敷于患侧面部穴位，治疗特发性面神经麻痹590例。其中男313例，女277例，最小年龄8个月，最大年龄68岁，平均年龄39．6岁。病程最短1天，最长162天，平均病程利天。治愈526例，好转43例，无效21例，治愈率为89．15％，总有效率为96．44％。21天以内治愈342例，占总治愈例数的65．02％。经3个月～11年系统随访观察表明：此方法病人痛苦小，疗效显著，疗程短，操作简便，不需特殊设备，药物易得，费用低廉，易推广。We treated 590 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis by sticking our. plaster which is made of medical herbs to the patients points on the affected face side the patients include 313 males and 277 females, aging from 8 months to 68 years old, and the average age of them is 39. 6±30．2,The course of illness uaries from 1 to 162 days,and the average course is 51±42 days. Among the cases we have 526 patients completely cured, 43 avelliated and 21 unchanged. The curing rate is 89. 15%, and the overall effective rate is 96. 44%, Three hundred and eighty three patients, who count for 72.82% of all the cured, were cured within 21 days It has been proved by our tracing and observation of 3 months to 11 years that the above mentioned mean is of little pain, eminent effect, short treatment period and simple operating skill. It requires no special equipment and the needed medicine is easily available so the cost is low. It is easy to extensively employ.
