摘　　要：宋元时期泉州海外贸易的高度发展,与泉州社会经济结构的变迁有着密切的关系。这一时期,无论是农业经济、工商经济,还是民众的观念习俗,都发生明显的转变。也正是这些因素相互作用,最终促使泉州海外贸易的繁荣发展。The height which Overseas Trade had developed in Quanzhou during Song and Yuan dynasties,has a close relationship with the socio-economic structural change in Quanzhou.During this period,both the agricultural economy,commerce and industry,or people＇s idea of custom,have undergone significant changes.It is also the interaction of these factors that lead to the prosperity and development of overseas trade in Quanzhou.
