摘　　要：苹果自动分级与配重系统的最大特点是集分级与配重功能于一体,实现分级自动化,配重自动化.对于分级,提出了定时分级方法,简化了机械结构设计;对于配重,提出了单区间等均重组合法和多区间等均重组合法,并进行了计算机仿真,结合实验结果,证明提出的分级与配重方法是可行的.One of the characteristics of the apple automatic grading and weighting system is that automatic grading and automatic weighting are integrated together,an apple is firstly graded and then weighted automati-cally.In this paper,the structure of apple automatic grading and weighting system is introduced,the basic idea of grading apples based on soft timer is pointed out in order to simplify the mechanical structure,and the theory of weighting apples is discussed including single zone approach based on equal weight method and multi-zone one based on equal weight method.The simulation and test results prove that all of the methods are feasible.
