百色地区海洛因依赖者尿吗啡的检测分析

摘　　要：采用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ） 和Ｖｉｓｕａｌｉｎｅ－ Ⅱ尿液检测盒（ＶＩＩ） 法，分析检测百色地区海洛因依赖者尿液吗啡含量。结果表明：男女组海洛因依赖者尿吗啡含量分别为８１５ ．３６ ±２１６ ．１５ｎｇ／ｍｌ 和５１２ ．１５ ±２１１ ．２６ｎｇ／ｍｌ；ＶＩＩ法均呈阳性反应，符合率为１００ ％ 。正常对照组男女尿吗啡含量分别为２６ ．８１ ±１１ ．２８ｎｇ／ｍｌ 和３１ ．５２ ±１２ ．３６ｎｇ／ｍｌ，接近国内确定的临界值（ ＜ ３０ｎｇ／ｍｌ） ；ＶＩＩ法均呈阴性反应。证实海洛因依赖者尿吗啡含量显著高于正常组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，ＲＩＡ 法和ＶＩＩ法适用于监测人群中海洛因类药物滥用者。尿吗啡动态观察，用保康戒毒冲剂治疗３ ～７ 天后，海洛因依赖者尿吗啡含量趋于正常。From 1996 to 1997, urinary samples collected for morphine test from 102 heroin dependent patients (males 82, females 20 ) in Baise region were determined and analysed, using radioimmunoassay (RIA) and Visualine -Ⅱ ( V-Ⅱ ) methods. They were compared with those in the normal control group ( males 70, females 30 ). Morphine content in the urine of the heroin dependent patients were 815.36±216.15 ng/ml ( males ), 512.15±211.26 ng/ml (females), and the positive rate was 100% in V-Ⅱ test. Morphine content in the urine of the control group were 26.81±11.28 ng/ml (males), 31.52±12.36 ng/ml (females), which were close to the national criterion value (<30 ng/ml); V-Ⅱ test was negative response. Results demonstrated that morphine content in the urine of the heroin dependent patients were much more than those of the control group and RIA and V-Ⅱ test were useful methods to detect heroin abuses in the crowd. Dynamic observation of urinary morphine in heroin dependent patients showed that morphine content tended to decrease to normal level within 3 to 7 days after being treated with 'BAO KANG JIE DU CHONG JI ' ( a kind of chinese herbal drug ), it suggested that this drug could increase the metabolism and promoting toxin excretion.
