摘　　要：以科学发展观引领高校党的组织建设,实现二者的内化统一,是高校党组织在现阶段的重要任务。本文将从管理控制学视角,分析高校党组织建设如何才能充分体现科学发展观新要求,并提出了创新高校党组织建设和科学发展观内化统一的策略。To guide the construction of university party organizations with scientific outlook on development and to achieve the internalization between the two is the important task of university party organizations at this stage.By analyzing the construction of university party organizations from the perspective of management control,this paper proposes some strategy for the internalization between the construction of university party organizations and scientific outlook on development which fully meets the new requirements.
